SED2 – The child will engage in self-expression.
SED2.4d With adult guidance, distinguishes between positive and negative emotions, and the conditions that evoke each. 
WSO: Identifies some feelings and responds to those of others. 

Activities: Happy/Sad Chart.  Students are given photos of various scenarios (a kid crying, kids laughing, etc) and place on chart under happy or sad.  Talk before the photo is placed; how can you tell they are happy/sad?  Why do you think that they are happy/sad?
