Selling clocks, she drains the energy from her victims as they sleep.  The next day, one can identify her victims as in a rush to remain on schedule and that energy is siphoned as well.  She traps Moon and Mercury in a time labyrinth.








Ranking:

Waning Quarter.  Points for taking energy from sleeping AND active victims.  Also her time stop on Mercury to make her have to watch as she killed her friend was pretty hardcore.

Disguised as a bus driver, she would transport young girls to another dimension to drain their energy.
