Stored within a park caretaker, once this guy reaches his peak of being upset at how people treat the park she reveals herself while completely draining her source.  She actually manifested before she appeared, sending squirrels after a man who tossed his cigarette out carelessly.







Ranking:

Half Moon.  Great design.  Amazing arsenal control over animals and plants.  

Ep16 - Widow

Type - Youma

Introducing another teachers besides Haruna~sensei, this gal dreams of creating her own wedding gown.  The energy of this is tapped by Nephrite and siphoned by Widow through the symbol places into her chosen fabric.  You can really see the heavy influence of Youma in how the dress went from simple to villainous over-the-top.  She begins pushing her fiancé away simply to create this outfit.





Ranking:

Old Moon.  This could have been a great place for the manga Youma to have made her appearance but we got Widow instead.  I'm a little bitter about that because the manga Youma was incredible leading to some great inspirational lines from Sailor Moon.
