Friday Field Trip

Last week, the local schools were out for Spring Break.  It took a lot of calling around but we set up a field trip for a local pizzeria:

The local pizza parlor opened their doors early for us to come in and see how they prepare pizza.  

From walk-in freezer to the brick oven, our children saw the process of pizza being made but the joy of the field trip didn't end there!  As they each made their own pizzas with chosen toppings, they also got to eat this pizza after it was completed!
